For the second time in our history, we wanted to celebrate the day which lies at the heart of our mission to preserve, enhance and bring to life our mother tongues : International Mother Language Day ! To honor this very special day, we invited all our members to La Ruche 35 to celebrate this wonderful event together.
The second edition of this event was a great success! People of all ages, from all over the world joined us to celebrate. We met over 45 people from diverse countries like India, Germany, Poland, Greece, Algeria, Turkey, Latvia… We shared a wonderful moment as well as our love for linguistic exchange and intercultural relationships.
What was the highlight of the night ? We admit, it was the Multilingual Maze ! This treasure hunt, held in our little space at La Ruche 35, had young and old digging deep into their memories to find as many clues as possible to unveil the magic word: Kamishibike !
